Resources from multiple jars..

Hello!!!
i have an interesting question:
i have an application which consists of many jars. every jar has its resources (for ex. mapping of phrases used for log4j...)
i need to access each jars resourses from every jar. so when i pass connect this key to a resource, the application to search whithin all jars and find the resource required. kind of externalization of resources...
the question is, if there is such a framework to do that. or i have to make my own...
