NetBeans 6.5 to Eclipse Ganymede

hello... i'm currently planning to migrate from netbeans to eclipse, just to be more flexible, the problem is, most of my projects contains *.form files. also, i'm used to designing gui from the palette of netbeans, including components from swingx library. my question is, how can i, in eclipse can have a similar gui designing environment and how do i add the swingx library to the eclipse palette if any. any help or directions are greatly appreciated...
