How to install PMD-plugin to Eclipse?

Hello!

I try to install the pmd-plugin into my Eclipse Ganymede.
The problem I got is that my computer with my Eclipese do not got Internet access.
This leaves me to download, copy it and install it localy.

I have downloaded both the following files:
pmd-bin-4.2.4.zip
pmd-eclipse-site-3.2.4.v200804111600.zip

If I extract the file pmd-eclipse-site-3.2.4.v200804111600.zip and point out the extracted folder as Local Site from my Eclipse I get this error:
http://eunywq.blu.livefilestore.com/y1plv31RdKscnvGYToTLri9NntqnqizCuKEK...

I get the same if I copy the folders "features2 and "plugins" to my Eclipse installation.

If I just copy the "plugins" to my Eclipse installation, it does not work at all.

If follow tge instructions at:
http://pmd.sourceforge.net/integrations.html
with the file pmd-bin-4.2.4.zip both exstraced and not extracted Eclipse do not recognize it as a repository at all.

Any clues ar most helpful.
