Crystal Report with Tomcat - Java Heap Size setting

Dear All,
I have an question about the heap size conf in Tomcat and Crystal report.
I am using crystal report XI and there is a java heap size setting in CRConfig.xml.
And also there is a java heap size setting in tomcat catalina.bat.
When i run the tomcat there is only one java is running.
So i am not sure how to set the heap size between tomcat and crystal report
Could anyone help?
