Regarding deploying of Jar file in EJB

Hello Everybody ,Kindly give the solution please please please............There is a certian change in my posting .How to create Jar file with war file,i mean which is the source file name and Target file name in creating jar file and the remaining part is same ie How to Deploy Jar File in EJB.
I have compiled all java files in Path bea/Weblogic700/Server/lib and sucessfully done .And also created War file in the same path as said above.But now the problem is the said above one and how to deploy the jar file and where to be done.And another point is whether i correctly taken the path or someother path i should take to Compile the java files?
And one more point is when i open the console of WebLogic ,i typed the username and password and logged in but after that what to do to get the Output of an EJB Program.
Kindly help me the problem.
