HTML extract text from a specific tag

Hi there,
i have a question that i don't know how to find an answer.
I have to extract a specific text from an html document, well, I have:

<tr class="odd"><td><b>00:55</b></td>
<td class="right"><a href="http://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&amp;text=Rai%201%20-%20Tg1%20Notte%20-%20Tg1%20Focus&amp;dates=20091013T235500Z/20091014T005500Z&amp;trp=false&amp;sprop=website:hyle.appspot.com&amp;details=L%26%2339%3Binformazione%20con%20le%20%23%0A%0Ahttp%3A//hyle.appspot.com/palinsesto/rai1/martedi" target="_blank" title="aggiungi in Google Calendar"><img src="/images/plus.png" border=0 align="right" alt="calendar"></a>&nbsp;&nbsp;Tg1 Notte - Tg1 Focus - <em>L'informazione con le #</em></td></tr>

And I want to see in my JVM only the text.
What method could i use to do this. I need an Api standard.
