I am trying to develop a form in which the user inputs the information, a window pops up with the user information and a unique number, in which the user can print out a paper copy.. and the information goes straight to a mySQL database. I know this is vague, and I am a novice, I just need to be pointed to the right direction. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
