Netbeans missing window

I deleted the Design window in Netbeans by mistake. I inadvertently clicked the top right corner of the design window and it now gone.
How do I get it back?
I have tried Window, Reset Windows but did not work. I have checked other options in Netbeans but can not see anything.
I have tried uninstaling Java and Netbeans and then reinstalling but the Design window is still gone.
I have tried Google but have had no luck.
I am on Netbeans 6.9.1
Any help appreciated
