Hi. I''m having difficulty posting here. If I try to make a post of any length, I get a blank page telling me that "This service is currently not available".
It seems to be related to the use of certain characters. "Less Than" symbol seems to cause it. I would give more details, but then my post does not work.

Hi everyone,
Sorry about the trouble posting, we''re looking into it. The JavaWorld Q&A forums are in transition as part of an overall upgrade of JavaWorld's community platform. I'm guessing the current bumps are due to a recent database migration, should be fixed very soon.

Hi Bren,
We are planning to migrate the forums from UBB Threads to Drupal in September. The goal of the migration is to maintain the basic functionality that the forums offer now and greatly improve on it. In the meantime, I sincerely apologize for the usability issues in the forums now - it's frustrating for me too!
Plans are shaping up quickly and the migration is slated to be complete by the first of October. Adam and I will keep everyone posted on the progress of the migration and what you can expect from it.
If you have feedback about the forums -- either problems you've experienced with them or what you'd like to see from the next iteration - please send your thoughts my way:
