hi
i have problem in starting tomacat.when i m starting tomcat with startup.bat it starts for a second and then disappearing.
can anyone help

I think you tomcat port was occupation,may be conflict.
you You should check tomcat port.
and, you can open Resource Manager check tomcat has been in operation.

Have you checked the log files? Might be enlightening ;-)
