Jsch is pretty popular. Wondering why you did not include the http://www.jcraft.com/jsch/index.html library for the benchmark tetsing?

Maybe because JSch doesn't do FTP. Instead it uses the SSH protocol.

Jsch has ways to do SFTP transfers.

RFC 959 is not the same. FTP is not SFTP.
