I am getting WSDLException

I am getting this exception WSDLException when i mentioned the fallowing URL http://localhost:8080/HelloWorld/services/HelloWorldService.

I am new to the webservices. Where i can get the good stuff regarding the webservices and which is the good SOAP implementation (XFire or AXIS or JWSD from Sun)and why?

Reason for WSDLException is it's not able to recognize or find out the .wsdl file.So First We need to create .wsdl file.
