How Can I learn and use them???

To learn more about Java template engines, start with the project pages you see linked in Table 1 of "Velocity or FreeMarker?". JavaWorld has also published introductions to various template engines, which you can find using the site's search engine. For more about FreeMarker, see "FreeMarker: An open alternative to JSP". Also see "Data transformations with SAX and XSLT" and "Start up Velocity."
