how do i call opencv's function in JNI ???

Can anyone tell me how i call opencv in JNI?
I can not use it in JNI.
I surf a problem, opencv is a lib of c++.
Usually I use a number or a array in JNI.
But, I do not know how use opencv's lib to process a image with JNI.

if anyone know it, please tell me, Thanks!
